    • The true origin of Panettone is disputed among the many legends that tell the story of its birth. One of the most famous recounts a providential mistake: it is said that Ludovico il Moro's cook, on Christmas Day, forgot the cake in the oven and ended up burning it. So, the kitchen boy named Toni improvised with what he found in the kitchen: water, flour, eggs, butter... They liked the experiment so much that they wanted to name it after its inventor, Pan del Toni (Toni's Bread).

      Our Panettoni are made with sourdough and selected ingredients, without the use of pre-made mixes and icing. Unlike those of the legendary Toni, however, our Panettoni require a long leavening and patient preparations, because what we want to offer you is a soft, intensely scented, and irresistible sweet bread that we are sure you'll want to enjoy even after the holidays.

      Not everyone knows that Panettone should always be brought to the table whole. Like a ritual, a celebration, it's up to the guest to cut it: he/she will thus be the first to be enveloped by its fragrance. And the aroma of this delightful cake is ready to spread throughout the room and conquer both adults and children, as the Triple Chocolate Panettone is pure indulgence. Dark chocolate, cocoa, and chocolate chips, but if (like us) you think that sweetness is never enough, you can choose to pair it with our Gianduia Chocolate Spread, Dark Chocolate Spread or even — for a truly unlimited indulgence — both.  In addition to a sweet or a sparkling wine, you can serve it with a glass of raisin wine, with a good grappa or together with your favorite liqueur.
