Share your table — Terms

“Share your table” lets EMILIA FOOD LOVE customers show how they cook and serve our food, in the EMILIA FOOD LOVE USA app and on foodlove.shop. By sending a post you accept these terms.

Who runs it

EMILIA FOOD LOVE USA LLC for posts about orders from our U.S. store, and 4 FOOD S.R.L. for posts about orders from our European store. In these terms, “we” means the company of the store your order came from.

What you can share

  • Photos and a short video of our products: an unboxing, a recipe, your table.
  • Only content you made yourself or have the right to share. People who appear in it must agree to it.
  • No offensive, unlawful or misleading content, no advertising for other businesses and no personal information of others.

Review before publishing

Our team reviews every post before it appears. We may refuse a post or remove it later at our discretion, for example if it breaks these terms or is reported. If we refuse a post, you see it as “not published”, with the reason, in the app.

How we may use your post

By sending a post, you confirm the photos and video are yours and give us a free, non-exclusive, worldwide permission to use, crop, resize and publish them, with your caption and the name shown with your post, in the app, on our websites, in emails, ads and social media. You keep ownership of your content. We do not pay for posts.

Thank-you code

If your post is approved, you may receive a personal discount code: 10% off one order, one use, valid for 60 days, for the store your order came from. It has no cash value and cannot be transferred. We choose posts for the quality of the photo or video, never for what you say about our products. Posts that received a code are labeled “Received a thank-you code from EMILIA FOOD LOVE”.

Reports and blocking

Anyone signed in to the app can report a post or block the person who posted it. Reported posts are hidden until we review them again.

Deleting your post

You can delete your posts at any time in the app (You → My photos & rewards) or by writing to info@emiliafoodlove.us. We then remove them from the app and our websites, stop using them in new marketing and, on request, remove them from our social media. Copies already published by others, such as a social network or someone who shared them, may remain until they remove them.

How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy. For posts about orders from our European store, the European store’s Privacy Policy applies.
